Just over a year after the acquisition of the ELM Corporate Centre Milton property, ELM Developments has already commenced the construction for its expansion. ELM Corporate centre was acquired as 49,000 square foot commercial building in 2016, home to national tenants such as Crozier Engineering, Service Ontario and Torbram Electric.

The town of Milton’s rapidly growing population has placed a strong demand on the need for more commercial and professional space in the town. Between 2006 and 2011, Milton’s population grew by 56%, earning it the fastest growing city in Canada. A similar growth trend continues to date, as more and more businesses flock to this quickly growing metropolis. ELM Developments has recognized this trend, and has commenced the planning and construction process which will effectively double the usable square footage of the commercial centre of close to 100,000 square feet. The new state of the art commercial facility is expected to be complete in 2018.
