Vision: Complete a building that was 40% in progress and manage marketing and sales of the units. 

Park Valley is located in the established community of Hampton Village in Saskatoon. Offering convenient walking access to public schools, green spaces and retail, Park Valley offers newly built units to individuals and families looking to establish roots in this in-demand community. ELM handled 27 of the 54 units.

ELM was brought in to complete the project when it was 30 – 40% from completion. Services included construction, marketing and sales of the completed units.
