Vision: Redevelop and restore a late 19^th century home to take advantage of its history and sought-after downtown location.

Jarvis Mansions is located in the heart of downtown Toronto, close to diverse neighbourhoods and urban green spaces. This mansion was built in the 19^th century, and the goal of the project was to preserve its historical heritage while adding modern touches for today’s discerning urbanite. All 34 condominium suites offer 9ft ceilings, ample natural light, private terraces and balconies with south-facing views of the city.

ELM recognized the growing market opportunity for conversions and leveraged its redevelopment expertise to tastefully integrate modern elements while protecting the historical look and feel of the property. ELM was brought in while the building was under construction to manage permits, ensure units were up to code and run the sales process.
