The location is excellent – minutes from Richmond Hill’s historic downtown and proximity to several retail plazas, GO transit and UHN’s Mackenzie Health Hospital.

With the aspiration of shaping the future of the Yonge Street streetscape, the development is slated to include a 27-floor landmark tower at the corner of May and Yonge, with a boutique 18-storey tower to the west. Designed by BDP Quadrangle Architects, the building’s unit mix will include studios and one/two/three bedroom plus den suites.
