1931 Highway 7 is the corporate headquarters of ELM Developments. ELM acquired the sizeable piece of land in 2012. At the time, there was a run-down office space on the site. ELM renovated the office space to accommodate its business and employees. Conveniently located close to public transit, major highways, retail, restaurants and entertainment venues, the site is an excellent home for ELM’s growing business.
ELM saw an opportunity to renovate and relocate its headquarters to an updated office space. In addition, the land holds significant long-term development potential given its strategic location.
