High Park Lofts was completed by Stinson Developments in 2007. The building is seven storeys with 93 units ranging in size from 575 to 1,900 square feet. Unit and building features include gas fireplaces, stainless steel appliances and a geothermal energy conservation system. Roncesvalles neighbourhood is both family friendly and vibrant. It has maintained its community spirit with many local services and long-standing small businesses including boutiques, bakeries and restaurants. Residents also have convenient access to High Park, one of the city’s most famous green spaces.
