4936-4961 Chemin Queen Mary is located in a suburb of Montreal, only 20 minutes from downtown. Conveniently located in walking distance to restaurants, schools, retail and green spaces, the property wasn’t delivering the type of value or attracting the type of value that was possible. ELM acquired the building and completed an extensive renovation. Once the renovation was complete, ELM also handled the leasing of the building.
ELM applied its repositioning, leasing and property management expertise to elevate the overall quality of the building. Once the building was performing better, ELM sold the building to an investment group for a significant return.
