With the aspiration of shaping the future of the Yonge Street streetscape, the development is slated to include a 27-floor landmark tower at the corner of May and Yonge, with a boutique 18-storey tower to the west. Designed by BDP Quadrangle Architects, the building’s unit mix will include studios and one/two/three bedroom plus den suites.
