Vision: Combine residential units and commercial tenants to create a convenient shopping location in a busy area.

Almonte Square is located in a scenic mill town, 45 minutes from downtown Ottawa. The site currently houses a retail plaza, but there is an opportunity to amplify the value to the community with housing and big box commercial. ELM proposes a site conversion, which would include 124 residential units in a four-story building and two, one-story big box retail stores.

ELM recognized an opportunity to convert the site into a mixed-use project while still maintaining existing commercial tenants and adding architectural appeal.
