Redevelopment of an established industrial park

Vision: Redevelop the northeast portion of existing Nisku Industrial Park to attract companies to this dynamic business region.

Nisku 9th Street Business Park is located within the northeast limits of Nisku Industrial Park. Currently, Nisku Industrial Park houses hundreds of companies, skilled trades and professional services workers. An important north/south corridor through Nisku, 9th Street will function as a key arterial roadway connecting major transportation (Edmonton International Airport), business (Nisku Business Park) and municipal (City of Edmonton and City of Leduc) hubs. The site comprises 38.6 hectares of vacant land. Redevelopment will include 17 industrial lots with paved roadways and deep utility servicing (water supply and sanitary services). The roadways will be classified as local industrial, and a storm water pond is proposed for the east limits of the site.

ELM saw an opportunity to initiate the long-term redevelopment of an existing business area to amplify the value of the industrial park.
