Parkland Point

Big city living 20 minutes west of Edmonton

Vision: Complete a residential project that was at 50% completion to provide the Spruce Grove community with in-demand residential housing.  

Parkland Point is located in the heart of the Spruce Grove neighbourhood. Just 20 minutes west of Edmonton, Spruce Grove offers everything residents would want in a big city – major grocery and retail stores, excellent restaurants and indoor/outdoor recreation. The building is also located in walking distance to public schools and green spaces. It’s big city living in a quieter, calmer community.

ELM was brought in to complete the project when it was 50% from completion. Services included construction, marketing and sales of the completed units.
