Plans are underway for a major redevelopment of downtown Mississauga. The area is also a major corporate centre, with more than 60 Fortune 500 global/Canadian head offices.
ELM saw an opportunity to fill a void for luxury homes in the area. The parcels of tied land (POTL) structure will also enable the development to provide ongoing revenue.
