The building itself is 10 storeys with 53 units ranging in size from 476 to 1,983 square feet. Each modern contemporary loft features 9-foot exposed concrete ceilings, hardwood floors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, modern kitchens, designer bathrooms and garage parking.
