Vision: Amplify the character of the neighbourhood with this candy manufacturing plant conversion offering hard and soft lofts.
The Robert Watson Lofts were converted in 2007 by Rosebud Homes. Formerly a five-storey candy factory built in 1903, The Robert Watson Lofts is now a six-storey building offering 153 units ranging in size from 550 to 1,500 square feet (with many two-level units). Residents experience all the charm of hard loft living including open concept layouts, exposed brick, warehouse windows, high ceilings, concrete floors and wood posts. The units in the soft loft addition include high concrete ceilings, concrete floors and balconies or terraces. The Ronscesvalles neighbourhood is known for its family appeal as well as quirky boutiques, community vibe and long-established restaurants. Nearby Sorauren Park offers a beautiful nature escape for outdoor fun.
