High-rise in the heart of The Glebe

EcoCite is located in the heart of The Glebe, right off the Rideau Canal. The building offers exceptional views and easy access to nature trails. The location is also conveniently located close to TD Place, bars, restaurants, retail, entertainment venues and green spaces. EcoCite is Canada’s first carbon-free, climate friendly condo building. Much of the heating and cooling of the building was provided by geothermal energy, and met LEED requirements.

ELM came into the project when it was 75% complete to finish the project and managed sales, marketing and leasing. ELM addressed the mismanagement issues inherent in project and turned it around while maintaining the environmental aspects of the building that made it special.
