Vision: Serve the growing and diverse housing demands in evolving Halifax communities.

Halifax is an ever-evolving city with much to offer. With an influx of immigration and gentrification, there is a growing need for diverse housing options to address a range of residents.

Harbour Isle is a purpose-built rental project. Each building will offer 170 units with amenities including a gym, party room, kids play zone, multiple rooftop terrace spaces and dog wash stations. Phase 3 will break ground in summer 2022, with construction to be completed in spring 2024. The remaining phases will follow consecutively after Phase 3 with an overall project completion date of 2030.
