The property is also located near Westminster Ponds, a popular nature destination with trails and parks.
ELM handled the improvement, refinancing and lease up in house. We stabilized the asset in several years and continue to handle ongoing asset management. Based on the size of the property and desirable location, there are plentiful future development opportunities.
