Baypoint Villas offers purpose-built rental with unobstructed views of Georgian Bay. Georgian Bay attracts nature lovers who want to take advantage of its unique combination of waterfront, parks and trails. The building is located in close proximity to cultural attractions, outdoor recreation, parks, schools and downtown Georgian Bay. The 55 units all offer bright open concept layouts, premium finishes, stainless steel appliances, fibre optic Internet and en-suite laundry.

ELM came into the project as a work-out to bring all services into the building, and procure building and occupancy permits. Originally, the units were going to be sold as condos. After studying the market, ELM transitioned the building into a rental product. ELM managed the leasing of the building and the ultimate sale to a real estate investment trust.
